Click 'Tools' on the top right of the page with a symbol of a cog, then 'Internet Options'.
This will bring up a separate window. At the moment it is displaying general options. Along the top are some tabs, named general, security, privacy etc.
Click on 'Privacy'. This will bring up a scroll bar. By default this is set to medium and is the setting needed for our ecommerce to work fully. This is a secure setting that allows us to leave a cookie on your system that provides you with a basket number that allows you to complete a sale. If the setting is on anything higher than medium you will need to lower it to medium and click 'Apply', then 'OK' to confirm.
